Our front office is open for arrivals daily starting at 4:00 PM every day of the week and year-round. Hours may be expanded for special events and by appointment. Please check with the specific property for details.

All rooms are cleaned prior to check-in, and all properties offer housekeeping service upon request for a minimal fee. This allows us to offer a lower, more affordable base rate, letting our guests add on what they need instead of paying for what they don’t want. We require a refundable Damage Fee per room, per stay upon check-in, which varies depending on the location and length of stay. Refunds are issued upon departure if no damage is found in the room. Various additional fees are charged based on your booking, and taxes are not included in room rates. Please check your specific location for additional details.

Many rooms at Stayable are set up like an efficiency apartment and offer a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and additional cabinet storage. Every room features a full-size or larger bed, dining area for two, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and wireless Internet access.

Yes, every guest room offers complimentary Wi-Fi access. Upgraded Wi-Fi is available for big streamers and gamers at an additional cost. 

For transient guests, the maximum duration of stay is two weeks. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond this period, we kindly request you to consider transitioning to a lease arrangement. Please note that our transient accommodations do not offer monthly rates; however, our leasing options are available for more extended stays.

Yes, every location offers on-site laundry facilities for a nominal fee.

The minimum age to rent a room is 21 unless you have a valid military ID.

We do not have a cafeteria or dining room at our locations, but all locations are centrally located near many fast food, quick service, and casual dining restaurants.

Please contact the Stayable location where you have a reservation if you need to modify or cancel. The phone number is provided on your reservation confirmation letter. Cancelation fees may apply and may be waived with at least 24-hour notice to change a reservation.
